Opus XIX
Welcome to the Opus XIX Pipe Organ Site.
Co-Cathedral of the Sacred Heart marks a historical moment with the arrival and installation of Opus XIX, a pipe organ hand crafted and meticulously installed by Pasi Organ Builders, Inc. of Roy, Washington. This pipe organ will consist of 5,499 pipes - ranging in size from a humble one-half inch pipe to a robust 32-foot pipe.
In October of 2006 Martin Pasi of Pasi Organ Builders, Inc. was selected to build the Co-Cathedral of the Sacred Heart's grand organ. For four years, the craftsmen at Pasi Organ Builders have been designing, custom building, and finishing the numerous pieces that will generate the beautiful array of sounds that will fill the walls of Co-Cathedral. The experience will be one of sound that can not only be heard, but felt as well.
