REQUEST FOR BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATES

TO SCHEDULE A BAPTISM WHEN:

1.) prepared at your local parish according to the requirements for baptism preparation at that parish.

2.) the family has already secured a priest or deacon to celebrate the sacrament here.
